Wow, I'm so excited about the scrap class tomorrow. It's the first one of 2012 and it's in the new venue too.
The Harrow Arts Centre is a stunning venue in Hatch End, Middlesex and to quote their website....
"Elliott Hall was built in 1904 and was the assembly hall to a much larger, but sadly demolished, building of the Royal Commercial Travellers School. It is named after B. G. Elliott, one time pupil and scholar at the RCT, who was President of the Committee tasked with the funding and building of the hall.
After the closure of the school in 1967 the site was purchased by Harrow Council to house Harrow College of Further Education and St. Teresa's School and Elliott Hall became a listed building in 1983.
An arts venue has been operating on the site since 1988. Harrow Council has been managing Harrow Arts Centre since 2007."

The class runs from 10am - 3pm and we are going to be making 4 layouts using the Tea Time Simply Scrappin' kit and along with some lovely embellishments. I'll post some pictures up on Monday for you to see.
Until then, have a good weekend.
Many thanks for a lovely day Elaine - it was fun to meet you and the others for a great day.
ReplyDeleteIt was great meeting you too Chris. I had such fun. Hope to see you at the card class on the 1st?
