Just a quickie from me today!

Well it’s Party time today for my youngest.  She turned 4 on Wednesday and is having a birthday bash with her friends.  So unfortunately for you lovely lot this is a very quick post today.  I will post up a photo of the card I made her soon – It  uses a retired Stampin’ Up set but then I love going back to some of my retired sets as they just do not seem to go out of fashion!

Here’s a neat little birthday card made using the postage stamp punch, Sunshine & Sprinkles Designer Series Papers (Spring/Summer Catalogue), Itty Bitty Banners and matching framelit.

Such a super quick birthday card for a special little girl or boy!

Have a great weekend and Happy Crafting

So Many Birthdays

Birthdays, Birthdays, Birthdays!  I don’t know about you, but I seem to have lots around this time of year; Family, friends, my children’s friends too.  I always need a card or 6 on hand for such an occasion.

I put this pretty card together using Everything Eleanor from Stampin’ Up!  I do love the large background swirl; it makes for a great background.  The colours I used were Pool Party and Calypso Coral inks and cardstock.  I hand cut the flowers and banner, which was stamped with the Happy Birthday phrase from Create a Cupcake.  The gorgeous little butterfly was stamped using Papillion Potpourri and then punched out using the matching punches.

So all I have to do now is pick out who it is going to go to.  If you would like to get to make cards like these then come along to my cards and coffee morning please do get it touch.  It runs every other Wednesday during term time.

Back soon, Happy crafting
