Creative Stitches & Hobbycrafts Show

This is the first event I have done of this size. And it a new venue for the show too. If you know the Bluewater Shopping Centre and didn't realise this was on try and pop along. Not only do you get the shopping centre to browse around you can more importantly drop into the Hobbycrafts show.

Now if you do get to come along I'd love to see you! Just ask for me, Elaine, on the Stampin' Up! Stand and introduce yourself. I love meeting my blog readers.

I have a couple of pictures for you too! I have found this really cool app for my iPhone that allows me to watermark my photos on my phone so now the only excuse for not blogging is no Internet or 3G signal!!!

Here is the make and take of mine that our customers got to make on Friday. It's based on a design from the Peterborough training that I went to recently. It uses the wonderful Create a Cupcake stamp set and Cupcake builder punch. I really love this set and will be making some more cupcake bits to show you very soon.

I've taken a couple of photos of some of our display items too. First up is my Wteath made with the Soft Suede striped grosgrain ribbon, the Spice Cake Designer Fabric and co-ordinating cardstock.

I attached the ribbon and the flowers all using very carefully hidden pins. That way when I fancy a change I can undo it all and use those bits on another project!

To finish off tonight just a couple of pictures of part of the stand. If you want to see more pop along to see us. Failing that, pop back very soon for some more pictures. ...

Take care & Happy Crafting!
